Ready to rewrite your Life Story? Bridging the Gap, is a 12-week journey designed to prove that your current situation doesn't define your future. This isn't about lectures; it’s about giving you the tools to take control of your life and separate who you are from any mistakes you’ve made.
You will work with caring mentors, counselors, and peers who want you to succeed. Through group discussions, activities, and mentoring, you will learn how to manage emotions, make better decisions, and build positive friendships. The program also offers counseling support, helping participants work through trauma, anger, or difficult experiences in a healthy way.
Beyond personal growth, this experience prepares you for the future. You will receive job and career readiness training, guidance from adult mentors, and opportunities to learn leadership and teamwork skills. You will be part of a group who supports one another through peer-to-peer encouragement, creating a community where everyone helps each other to grow. Together, you will envision a better future and work towards it.
Our Mentors will assist you to create a better vision and purpose for your life. We will be your advocate to help you achieve your goals. You will have the support you need to set the trajectory of your life.
For we know the plans the Lord has made for you. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

We offer Mentorship for Young African American Men in Southwestern Ohio
Pawns 2 Kynzs is offered by a 501c3 nonprofit organization to provide a mentorship experience helping young African American men, ages 14-17, in Southwestern Ohio to develop a better future.
We mentor them to recognize their inherent worth and potential, as we guide them towards achieving valuable goals through tutoring, job-skill training, and positive experiences while fostering personal and civil respect.

We are a small 501c3 organization that is run by volunteers. We operate on a small budget with the assistance of local charities, individual benefectors, and grants. We always need more mentors to help encourage a participant's life direction.
